Recently, his name has resurfaced in the media following his arrest on Monday, April 14, 2025, on a charge of disorderly intoxication in a public place, related to trespassing and causing a disturbance.
According to Local 10, Levy recounted the incident that led to his arrest at an Argentinian restaurant in Broward County, “I was having a drink with one of my friends from the team, the baseball team, and they started arguing with another guy and I got in front him to try to deescalate the situation and I’m dealing with that.”
