There have been rumors that TikTok comedian Delaney Rowe is dating The Office‘s BJ Novak, and she just addressed her relationship status in a new interview.
If you don’t know, fans really discovered that the 45-year-old The Office alum and the 29-year-old TikTok star have been linked since the end of 2024, and a viral tweet about them caused more chatter this year.

“I’m not like, you know the cuffs aren’t on, like I’m not like fully boo’ed up, but like, I am dating and it’s going okay,” she said on “Boy Problems” with Liz Plank.
She then explained a situation she’s had with an unnamed partner.
“I was the problem,” she said. “And I had to sort of reconcile with that recently. I was not sure and so I was sort of noncommittal for a long period of time when he was like very sure. And so now I am sure and he’s like, ‘I don’t really trust your intentions at this point.’”
“And so now, I’ve sort of had to, you know, rap for my motherf-ing life on this one and prove that I’m like [trustworthy.]…Not that there was any… there was no bad behavior. It was just me not quite ready and now I am. And so now I have to be like, you know, kind of bare my heart a little bit.”
