Justin Baldoni sat down for a deposition in October 2025 as part of Blake Lively‘s lawsuit against him and he admitted to something surprising.
The 41-year-old actor and It Ends With Us director confirmed that he told Blake that he is circumcised, even though she didn’t “directly” ask him about it.
A transcript of certain parts of the deposition have been posted online, including what was said between Justin and a lawyer for Blake.

Blake’s Lawyer Michael Gottlieb: Among other things, you discussed whether Ms. Lively’s baby would be circumcised, right?
Justin Baldoni: That was a conversation, yes.
Gottlieb: And in the contest of that conversation, did you at any point share with Ms. Lively whether you were circumcised?
Baldoni: Yes.
Gottlieb: Did Ms. Lively as you whether you were circumcised?
Baldoni: Directly, no.
Gottlieb: Who was present at the moment when you relayed to Ms. Lively that you were circumcised?
Baldoni: There were people going all around. Mr. Reynolds was in and out of the conversation. She had, I think, two nannies. I felt like there was a housekeeper there. Her assistant was walking around. I think she had two assistants there. Her and I were sitting on the couch, but there was people all around.
Gottlieb: Have you ever told any other work colleague at any point in time about your genitalia?
Baldoni: I don’t talk about my genitalia, so no.
