The video resurfaced amid his dispute with Victoria Lee Robinson. When the interviewer asked him about how his life was at present, he shared, “I’m enjoying life.” He talked about his latest projects and their warm reception, then gave a nod to Victoria. The interviewer then asked whether the world would see “the next level” with them, hinting that they would become engaged or married. To that, Tom replied positively. He said, “Oh, yeah. Probably.” He also mentioned their recent milestone, stating:
“My girlfriend and I just celebrated our second anniversary.”

She was reportedly released from custody ans after that a judge officially granted Tom Sandoval a temporary domestic violence restraining order against both Victoria and her father, J Will Robinson. Talking of their ages, Tom was born on July 7, 1983 and is almost 43 years old as of 2026, while Victoria was born on July 10, 1992 and is almost 34 years old. Thus, the pair has an age gap of nine years.

In new court records filed on June 25, 2026, Tom Sandoval claims he was physically assaulted by Victoria Robinson during a heated confrontation, resulting in hazy vision. The Vanderpump Rules star alleges that Victoria attacked him on June 3, 2026, during an argument that turned violent. According to his court affidavit, Tom said she punched him so hard in the face that day that his vision went blurry and he suffered damage to his neck, ear, and jaw. The restaurateur stated:
“The impact of the blow was so forceful that it caused my vision to blur. I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of Ms Robinson striking me that night. The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER to be evaluated.”
Tom Sandoval further stated that he had to experience significant pain for weeks after the alleged attack. In court documents obtained by TMZ, the restaurateur reportedly noted severe discomfort that required additional medical attention after the initial hospital visit. He wrote:
“Even after emergency medical evaluation ruled out a fracture, I continued to experience significant pain and a restricted ability to open my mouth. More than two weeks later, I am still unable to fully open my jaw, which has affected my ability to eat and has required me to seek further medical evaluation.”
