Deepika Padukone opens up about googling ‘mommy questions’
Like many other Bollywood couples, Deepika Padukone has preferred to keep her daughter, Dua, away from the media limelight. She has not revealed her daughter’s face to her fans, nor does she talk much about her. However, we get some insights from her about the little one in some interviews. Recently, Deepika Padukone took part in the Forbes summit in Abu Dhabi where she was asked about the last thing she had googled or searched online during the conversation. In her reply, the actress said:
‘When will my baby stop spitting up?’ or something along those lines.”
She also added that her search history online will be filled with one or the other queries as a new mother. Apart from that question, Deepika was asked if she had to think about an ideal day in life what would the day look like for her. In response to this question, the actress revealed that her day would be filled with some relaxing activity at her home and spending time with her daughter, Dua. In her words:
“Sleep, massage, hydrate, baby time and basically at home in my pyjamas in bed.”

In the same interview, Deepika Padukone revealed that she would have rather been an interior designer if she hadn’t made her way into films or showbiz. At the same time, the host asked Deepika how she would like people to remember her as she has a successful career. Sharing a valuable lesson from her father, the diva said:
“My father always said, ‘Whatever you do, what people will remember you for is the kind of human being you were.’ So I think, no matter what I do—be it movies, fame, money—I want to be remembered for the person that I was.”

Deepika Padukone and her husband, Ranveer Singh, announced they were set to welcome their first child in February 2024. After the announcement, the actress continued her work and embraced motherhood in September 2024. The couple kept the little one away from the limelight, yet organised a special meet and greet event with the media to introduce the paps with her daughter. At the same time, fans saw a few glimpses of her when she accompanied her mother to the airport.
