Fortune Feimster is filing for divorce from wife Jacquelyn “Jax” Smith.
The 44-year-old comedian and actress filed the divorce paperwork in Los Angeles earlier this week, following more than four years of marriage.
The legal documents cite “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, per TMZ.
The couple had a prenup in place.
