Fashion designer Valentino Garavani has passed away.
The founder of Valentino‘s death was announced via Instagram on Monday by his foundation, which shared he “peacefully passed away today at his residence in Rome, surrounded by the love of his family.” No cause of death was shared at this time. He was 93.

The fashion icon founded his namesake brand in 1960 with his business partner and longtime companion, Giancarlo Giammetti. He’s worked with some of the world’s biggest stars. We mean, this was the man behind Jackie Kennedy‘s wedding dress when she married Aristotle Onassis! He retired from the fashion industry in 2008. The brand has been remained favorite among stars like Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, Nicole Kidman, Anne Hathaway, and so many more.
